At St John’s, we are committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child feels respected, valued, and heard.
Our aim is to ensure that every child lives and learns in a setting where they feel secure and supported. All members of staff are dedicated to maintaining a culture of care, where children are encouraged to speak openly about any worries or concerns and know they will be listened to with care and understanding.
We place a strong emphasis on supporting children’s emotional wellbeing, helping them to develop resilience, confidence, and healthy relationships.
Through our Personal, Social, Health and Economic (PSHE) education, we help children develop the knowledge and confidence to keep themselves safe, including online. Our curriculum also promotes understanding around safeguarding, e-safety, and inclusion.
