Katy is Deputy Head responsible for Pastoral Care and is dedicated to ensuring that every pupil feels supported, valued, and able to thrive. With many years of experience in teaching and school leadership, she has a particular passion for pupil wellbeing and building strong relationships across the school community.
Katy works closely with staff and families to create a caring, inclusive environment where children are encouraged to develop confidence, resilience, and kindness. She believes that pastoral care is at the heart of helping pupils succeed, both academically and personally.
