Cara is our Bursar and brings over 15 years of experience leading support services in both independent and state schools. She began her career in operations and IT at Barclays Capital before moving into school business management when her family grew. A results-driven professional, Cara is recognised for her ability to influence, plan strategically and communicate effectively to deliver impact for schools and their communities.
Alongside her school roles, Cara has also worked on community sports projects across London and the South East, partnering with Sport England, the London Marathon Trust and the Football Foundation.
